Ocean Skipper lies off the coast of Guadeloupe, the French island group in the eastern Caribbean, rather than off Dominica as previously noted. It is a shallow site with a maximum depth of around 9.1 metres, rated as a beginner dive. Divers have also reported whale sharks passing through the area, though this is not something to expect on a regular basis at such shallow depth.
