About this site
Joint (ジョイント) is a boat site 20 minutes from harbour on Okinoerabu in Kagoshima Prefecture, with typical depths of 10–20 m. The site is the link between a shallow sand flat and a deeper one, with crevasses and metre-class Napoleon wrasse, and it is the island's best sand dive. Suitable from beginner level.
