About this site
Old Wive's Beach sits along the coastline of Guam, the largest island in the Mariana Archipelago in Micronesia, and is accessed as a shore entry site. The surrounding waters are part of the western Pacific reef and shelf system typical of Guam's coast. Divers here have reported dusky surgeonfish, lined bristletooth, Pacific bullethead parrotfish, Pacific orange-spine unicornfish, princess damsels, and Tracey's damsels moving over a reef holding galaxy coral and plate and pillar coral, with spotted linckia sea stars also seen on the bottom.
