About this site
Ustica sits off the northern coast of Sicily, a small volcanic island within Italy's first marine protected area, established around the island in the 1980s. Omo Morto is a wall dive along its rocky coastline, where the seabed is shaped by the same volcanic origins as the rest of the island. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated an intermediate dive.
