About this site
Osbourne Shoals lies off the Sydney coast of New South Wales, in the Tasman Sea, at coordinates placing it south of the harbour entrance near the Royal National Park coastline. Sites in this stretch of water are typically reached by boat from clubs and charters operating out of the southern Sydney suburbs. The shoals reach a maximum depth of around 18 metres and are rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported eagle rays, grouper, hammerhead sharks, manta rays, and octopus around the reef structure here.
