About this site

Paliton Sanctuary lies off Paliton Beach on the southwestern coast of Siquijor Island in the Visayas, near San Juan, along a wall that faces the Bohol Sea and is reached by boat from the beach. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 27 metres over a reef bottom and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported batfish, jacks and amberjack, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, sea turtles, snapper, and sweetlips along the wall.
