Parcel de Torres lies off Torres, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina state in southern Brazil, near the border with Rio Grande do Sul. This stretch of coastline is known for its basalt cliffs and rocky headlands, distinctive features along an otherwise sandy southern Brazilian shoreline, and the pinnacle sits offshore in the Atlantic waters facing the town. It reaches a maximum depth of around 33 metres and is rated an advanced dive.
