Passage runs through the channel separating Gam Island from Waigeo in the Raja Ampat archipelago of West Papua, Indonesia, and is typically reached by liveaboard or small dive boats operating out of the Waigeo and Gam area. It tops out at around 15 metres and is rated an intermediate dive due to medium current running through the channel.
