Pelong Rock North lies off the coast of Brunei in the South China Sea, part of the Pelong Rocks area used as a dive site by operators running out of Bandar Seri Begawan. The site sits on Brunei's continental shelf, an area also known for offshore oil infrastructure and occasional wreck diving.
