About this site
A sunken cargo ship resting at 18-24 meters near Samos Island, the Penelope Wreck is a haven for marine life. The intact structure is covered in colorful sponges and corals, attracting schools of bream, groupers, and moray eels. Excellent visibility and mild currents make it ideal for divers of all levels. The shallow depth allows long bottom times to explore the cargo holds and deck. Nearby rocky slopes add variety to the dive. Best visited in calm conditions for clear views of the wreck’s details.
