Plave - Soca

Plave lies on the Soca River in western Slovenia, in the Soca Valley region known for its clear, cold turquoise water fed by alpine runoff. This particular site reaches a maximum depth of around 10 metres and is considered an intermediate dive, likely reflecting the river current found along this stretch rather than depth alone. Diving here is a river dive rather than a sea or lake dive, which sets it apart from most Slovenian dive sites near the coast.
