Plum Cove offers a rocky shoreline with gentle slopes and boulder fields, ideal for shore diving. Visibility varies but often reaches 15-20 feet. Expect vibrant kelp forests, schools of pollock, and occasional lobsters. The shallow depths make it perfect for beginners, while deeper sections attract curious harbor seals. Tides and currents are mild, but surge can pick up. Best dived at high tide for easier entry over the rocky shore. Cool waters year-round, with peak conditions in late summer. A quiet spot with easy access and abundant marine life.
