Potteries

Pserimos is a small island in the Dodecanese group of the Aegean, lying between Kalymnos and Kos, and dive sites around it are typically reached by boat from those larger islands. The name Potteries suggests a site associated with scattered ceramic fragments on the seabed, a feature found at a number of spots in these waters given the region's long history of maritime trade. Potteries itself is a shallow reef dive, reaching a maximum depth of around 12 metres and rated suitable for beginners. Divers have reported octopus, scorpionfish, and wrasse among the rocky terrain, though the site is likely to hold more life than that short list captures. The coastline here is mostly rocky and undeveloped, with small boats providing the main access to the surrounding dive spots.
