About this site
Punta Sabina lies off the coast of Italy, at coordinates placing it near southern Sardinia's shoreline. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated a beginner dive over ground where gorgonians take hold, with divers reporting Mediterranean red coral, pink sea fans, violescent sea whips, and both yellow and white gorgonians along the terrain. Nudibranchs and painted combers have also been spotted here, along with Mediterranean red sea stars, and there have been reports of common bottlenose dolphins passing through the area.
