About this site
Rhodes Reef sits off Santa Rosa Island, part of Channel Islands National Park in the waters off the Southern California coast. Santa Rosa is the second largest of the Channel Islands, and its surrounding waters are known for kelp forest habitat and can only be reached by boat from the mainland or from Ventura and Santa Barbara harbors.
