About this site
Rings Reef lies off Solromar in Ventura County, California, along the stretch of coastline between Malibu and Point Mugu on the Santa Barbara Channel side of Southern California. The reef reaches a maximum depth of about 18.3 metres, consistent with the rocky reef formations typical of this part of the coast. It is generally accessed by boat from harbors along the Ventura or Malibu coastline.
