About this site
Rock Sea is a reef dive off Nuweibaa on the Gulf of Aqaba coast of the Sinai Peninsula, north of Dahab and south of Taba. The fringing reef here drops toward the deeper waters of the gulf, with the site typically reached from shore or by short boat trips out of town. It is rated an advanced dive, and divers have reported strong currents along with occasional hammerhead shark sightings.
