Ron's Point

Ron's Point is a reef dive site off Bunaken Island within Bunaken National Marine Park, North Sulawesi, part of the Bunaken Kepulauan area in Indonesia's Coral Triangle. Sites here are typically reached by boat from Manado or from resorts on the island, along a coastline known for steep drop-offs into the Celebes Sea. Ron's Point reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres over a reef bottom and is rated a beginner dive. Eagle rays are a regular sighting here, and the reef also offers plenty for macro-focused divers, with sightings reported of nudibranchs such as Alcala's, Anna's, Diana's, Loch's, and Willan's chromodoris, along with crested nembrotha, blackspotted puffers, small giant clams, and blue linckia starfish.
