Rt Dobrec is a rocky cape near Herceg Novi, on the Montenegrin side of the Bay of Kotor where the bay narrows toward the open Adriatic. The point is dived as a wall, dropping to a maximum depth of around 30 metres, and is rated an advanced dive. It's typically reached by boat from Herceg Novi.
