About this site
Salt River is off the north-central coast of St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, at the mouth of Salt River Bay. The area is best known for a submarine canyon that drops off close to shore, drawing divers to its walls and drop-offs. St. Croix sits in the Caribbean Sea south of the other Virgin Islands.
