The San Pablo, also known as the Russian Freighter, is an artificial reef site in the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida coast near Pensacola, at coordinates around 30.19N, 87.22W. The vessel was sunk deliberately to build habitat and create a dive attraction along this stretch of coastline, and it now rests at a maximum depth of about 26 metres. It is considered a beginner dive, making it an accessible wreck for divers looking to explore a purpose-placed ship rather than a natural reef.
