About this site
Secca dei Berni is a submerged rocky shoal off Capo Carbonara, near Villasimius on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, within the Capo Carbonara marine protected area. The area is known generally for its rocky reefs and granite formations typical of this stretch of the Sardinian coast, reached by boat from Villasimius. Divers have also reported East Atlantic peacock wrasse and ornate wrasse around the site.
