About this site
Shanfu Fishing Harbour (杉福漁港) on the west side of Xiaoliuqiu is the island's standard beginner shore dive. A buoy line at 6 m marks the split between a broad sand flat at 8 m and a reef platform that continues at 12 m. Garden eels, stingrays and flounder live on the sand, with octopus and snapper further out.
