About this site

Shark Reef lies off the coast of Saint George in southeastern Grenada, reached by a short boat ride from shore. It is a beginner dive to a maximum depth of around 19 metres, over a reef exposed to Atlantic swell, and divers have reported strong currents at times. Nurse sharks are a regular sighting here, and divers have also reported eagle rays, grouper, leopard or zebra sharks, lobster, octopus, sea turtles, snapper, stingrays, and even tiger sharks on the reef.
