About this site
South Point sits at the southern tip of Koh Larn, an island off the coast of Pattaya in Chon Buri province, Thailand. Boats reach the island from Pattaya's beaches within a short crossing across the Gulf of Thailand, and the southern side of Koh Larn faces open water beyond the more sheltered bays used for swimming and tourism. The site is a drift dive over a reef bottom, rated suitable for beginners. Nudibranchs are a regular find here, and divers have also reported angelfish, pufferfish, and seahorses on the reef.
