About this site
This freshwater dive site in Lower Saxony offers excellent visibility and a unique underwater landscape. The submerged forest features tree trunks and branches creating a maze-like environment, perfect for exploration. Expect encounters with pike, perch, and schools of smaller fish among the sunken trees. Depths range from 5 to 15 meters, making it suitable for most divers. The site is particularly striking in autumn when falling leaves create a magical atmosphere underwater. Water temperatures vary seasonally, with summer being most comfortable. A fascinating freshwater dive with character.
