The SS Panay wreck lies off Sipalay, a coastal town on the southwestern shore of Negros Occidental in the Visayas region of the Philippines, facing the Sulu Sea and Panay Gulf. It sits at a maximum depth of around 33 metres and is rated an advanced dive. The site is one of several reached by boat from Sipalay's small resorts, an area known for a scattering of wreck and reef dives along this stretch of coastline.
