About this site
Talayong Marine Sanctuary sits off the coast of Siquijor, an island in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. The reef reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, with light current, good visibility, and conditions considered suitable for beginners. Clownfish and parrotfish are common on the reef, and divers have also reported barracuda, butterflyfish, damselfish, fusiliers, jacks and amberjack, sea turtles, snapper, and triggerfish here.
