About this site
Tay Cay lies off the coast of Queensland, in the waters associated with the Great Barrier Reef system, at a point northeast of Cairns in the tropical north of the state. Cays in this part of the reef are typically small coral sand islets built up on reef platforms, reachable by boat from the mainland or from nearby reef pontoons.
