About this site
The Monster lies off Jicaron Island within Coiba National Park, in a remote marine protected area off the Pacific coast of Panama's Veraguas province, reached by boat after a lengthy crossing from Santa Catalina or Puerto Mutis. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 33.5 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers here have reported eagle rays, manta rays, and octopus.
