About this site
The Stables is a dive site off Langkawi, an island group in Kedah state on Malaysia's northwest coast along the Andaman Sea. Diving around Langkawi typically involves boat trips out to granite outcrops and small islets scattered through this archipelago. The site tops out at around 12 metres, making it a shallow dive well suited to macro life, and divers have reported frogfish, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, and seahorses tucked among the rocky terrain.
