About this site
Three Rocks lies off the Queensland coast near Agnes Water and the Town of 1770, in the southern Great Barrier Reef region. This stretch of coast is a common launch point for boat dives out to nearby reef and rock formations. Divers here have reported blacktip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, tiger sharks, and redthroat emperor around the site.
