Throgs Neck Jetty sits along the Throgs Neck area of the Bronx in New York City, at the point where the East River opens into Long Island Sound near the Throgs Neck Bridge. It is a shore dive with a shallow maximum depth of around 4.5 metres, along a jetty structure in a stretch of water known for mixed currents and tidal flow between the Bronx and Queens.
