Trawangan Slope

Trawangan Slope lies off Gili Trawangan, the largest of the three Gili Islands north of Lombok in West Nusa Tenggara. The site sits within the stretch of water between Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno, an area reached by short boat trips from the island's dive operators. It runs down to around 30 metres and is rated a beginner dive with light current. Divers have also reported green sea turtles and stingrays along the slope, along with blacklip butterflyfish, blackspotted puffers, moorish idols, Indo-Pacific sergeant majors, and pacific trumpetfish. Snowflake morays and peacock mantis shrimp have turned up tucked into the bottom, and small giant clams have also been spotted along the slope.
