About this site
Tunnels Beach sits on the north shore of Kauai, Hawaii, near Haena, backed by a wide reef system that gives the site its name from the lava tube formations offshore. It reaches a maximum depth of around 8 metres and is generally considered an intermediate dive. Divers here have reported manta rays and parrotfish around the reef.
