About this site
Turtle Point lies off Meeru Island in North Male Atoll, part of Kaafu Atoll in the Maldives, along the island's reef edge and reached by a short boat trip from the resort at Meeru. The site is very shallow, with a maximum depth of around 2 metres, and is rated a beginner dive. Divers here have reported bannerfish, surgeonfish, and sweetlips over the reef, along with tawny hermit crabs tucked among the coral.
