Turtle Reef lies along Egypt's Red Sea coast, in the Gulf of Suez area near the coordinates given for the site. It reaches a maximum depth of around 16 metres over a reef bottom and is considered a beginner-friendly dive. Divers have also reported parrotfish and snapper around the reef.
