Twin Lakes Scuba Park is a 31 acre freshwater lake about 20 minutes south of downtown Houston, Texas. It is fed by an aquifer and is better known as a training site. To reach it, go south on highway 288 to highway 6, then east for 1.8 miles to the park.
The lake is up to 50 ft (15 m) deep, with visibility of about 20 ft (6 m), clear enough for training. Underwater it holds five sunken fishing boats, a school bus and an Airstream trailer. Bass, catfish, turtles and perch live in the water.
On land there are floating docks, picnic tables, overnight campsites, a snack bar and air fills. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed on the property.
