About this site
Tyler Bight is on the south side of San Miguel Island, the westernmost of California's Channel Islands, off Santa Barbara County. San Miguel sits at the boundary between cooler northern Pacific water and the Southern California Bight, and the island is exposed to open ocean swell and wind, with boat access typically run out of Ventura or Santa Barbara.
