Vawaru Kandu is a channel dive site at Vavvaru in Lhaviyani Atoll, on the northern edge of the Maldivian archipelago. Channels of this kind cut through the atoll rim, connecting the open ocean to the inner lagoon, and are typically reached by dhoni or dive boat from resorts and settlements in the atoll.
