The Warrnambool Breakwater sits on the coast of southwest Victoria, protecting the harbour at Warrnambool along Australia's southern coastline facing the Southern Ocean. The inside of the breakwater refers to the sheltered side facing the harbour, in contrast to the more exposed outer face.
