Whale Rock lies off the coast of Mauritius near Pamplemousses, in the Indian Ocean waters that fringe the island's northern reef systems. It is reached by boat from local operators working that stretch of coastline. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 45 metres and is rated a technical dive.
