About this site
White Hole is a dive site off Roatan, in Honduras's Bay Islands, along the barrier reef that fringes this part of the Caribbean coast. Roatan's north and south shore sites typically combine coral walls and sandy channels reachable by short boat runs from the island's dive operators. Divers here have reported Atlantic blue tang, sergeant majors, bluehead wrasse, spiny lobster, four-eyed butterflyfish, indigo hamlets, schoolmaster snapper, and stoplight and striped parrotfish moving over the reef.
