White Rock lies off Moso Island, near Efate in Vanuatu's central island group, in the waters of the South Pacific. The island sits a short boat ride from Efate's coast, within the network of channels and small islands surrounding Vanuatu's main island. The reef here is rated a beginner dive, and divers have reported nudibranchs on it as well.
