About this site
WM-LB-95 sits in the eastern Gulf of Mexico well off the Florida Panhandle, far from shore in open Gulf waters. It is an artificial site, part of the reef-building efforts Florida counties have carried out in this stretch of the Gulf, placing material on the seabed to create structure in otherwise open water. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 74 metres, putting it well beyond recreational limits and into technical diving range.
