Wrak Wicher lies off the Polish coast near the Bay of Gdansk, marking the resting place of the Polish Navy destroyer ORP Wicher. The ship was sunk by German air attack in September 1939 during the defense of the Hel Peninsula at the outset of the Second World War. It rests in the Baltic Sea in the waters off the Pomeranian coast, within reach of dive operators based around the Gdansk area.
