Y Reef sits near Coquille Island off Waigeo in the Raja Ampat archipelago of West Papua, Indonesia. This part of the region is reached by small liveaboard or dive boats operating out of the wider Waigeo area, characterized by scattered reef systems around small islands in this stretch of the Coral Triangle.
