The Zingara Wreck lies off the Dominican Republic's northern shore near Puerto Plata. It rests on a wreck bottom at a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is generally rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported barracuda around the site, along with currents and harsh winter swells that can make conditions tougher at times.
