The Deisan Wreck lies within the Tubbataha Reef system, a remote atoll complex in the Sulu Sea off Palawan province in the Philippines, reachable mainly by liveaboard during the diving season from roughly March to June. The reef complex is protected as a national marine park known for its coral walls and offshore isolation from the mainland. The wreck itself sits in a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it one of the more accessible sites within the park's otherwise remote and exposed setting.
