Emerald Reef is a long reef covered in green coral, sponges, and soft and hard corals, which gives the whole reef an intense colour. Soft coral trees stand against a backdrop of huge coral heads.
Its length makes it ideal for drift dives, and the water is always very clear. The best of the show is often what passes by, including silver barracuda, big eye emperor fish, big eye trevally, Napoleon wrasse and potato groupers. The reef is good for advanced divers, and the water temperature is 27 to 28°C.
